WHAT WE BELIEVE
Tabernacle of Victory is a church whose purpose is to develop and disciple converts of Jesus Christ.
We are founded upon the beliefs of the Bible to be the inspired, and infallible Word of God.
We are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and believe in the great commission to be shared with love, and compassion mercy.
We believe that there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4) who is the Creator of heaven and earth, and of all living.
To humanity He has revealed Himself as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Redeemer), and as the Holy Ghost (Regeneration; indwelling Spirit); Jesus Christ is the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form. (Titus 2:8-9)
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin (Acts 2:38). Baptisms identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14)
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign and evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts 2:4)
We believe the Holy Spirit manifest in gifts by the Spirit. His Spirit ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government. (Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11.)
